Section 57
Offenses committed by organized bodies
(1) If an organized organization commits an offense under this Act, the offense shall be deemed to have been committed by the person who is primarily responsible for the operation of the organized organization at the time of committing the offence. However, if the person who is mainly responsible for the operation of such an organized organization can prove that such offense was committed without his knowledge or that he made all reasonable efforts to prevent the offense from occurring, he shall not be held guilty for that offense.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if it is proved that the offense committed by an organized organization under this Act was committed with the consent or knowledge of the director, manager, secretary or other responsible person of the organized organization or due to negligence, the organized organization and the organized organization It will be considered to be done by the director, manager, secretary or other responsible person of the organization.
